come outside with meee...

Good morning to you, my sweet bloggy friends,
It is sooo HOT here in good ole' So. CA., I had to get out early to do some watering, it will be a HOT afternoon, and I don't like to be in the heat of the day.. My poor plants, they needed a good spraying to cool them off..I thought it might be fun to snap some pictures while I was at it.. Everything is blooming away by now.. See all my lil' birdhouses, I LOVE to tuck them all over.. I've never actually seen birds in them, but, always on them, and all around..I'm sure there is much they love to munch on out here..It's so relaxing to me to be outside, I enjoy the smell of the morning air, and all that blooms around..God is soo good, and blesses us all with prettiness surrounding us, if we just take the time to enjoy..hope you enjoyed looking around, and I pray you each have a beautiful, relaxing, day and are able to get outside to enjoy as well.. Love and hugs to each of you this very day.. ~~tea~~xo

  1. Your yard looks so pretty. I love all of your bird houses. Isn't this heat something else. I already have my air conditioner on again today. I think my vegetable garden likes it...all of the sudden things are sprouting. Stay cool today.

  3. Thanks for the sweet comments. I do miss him. I wish that he lived closer. Your yard looks very pretty. I love the birdhouses and the signs. I love that saying 'because nice matters'. I was adding a song to my post about Cole and Shanna when you left your comment. Stop back by and see if it brings back any memories for you. I added a little note as well.

  5. My hubs used to be into collecting birdhouses. I wonder if he'll pick it back up now that we have a modest yard to put them in. I'm still awaiting some green to poke through the ground in the way of flowers. It will be awhile. I love the wagon idea. We thought of using a double flour bin to do this with. love it.

  10. Hi Tea!!! Your garden and yard look so pretty. I love all the little goodies you have spread around....just charming!

It isn't hot here yet but it is coming....yikes! I do not like hot weather and have never adjusted to the heat even though I am a native Floridian.

Stay cool and sip iced tea in your lovely garden.

    Hugs, Barb

  12. Ohhhhh! Such a sweet setting for your kitchen shelf. So many things you have we had in our shoppes. People love those little vintage pieces.

And, that garden full of bird houses! WOW! how adorable they are. Every bird house we've had in the shop similar to yours, fly out the door. Cute!!!

I only have about 3 or 4 birdhouses left. My cutie pink/white one got knocked down by the wind storm last week & shattered. I love just sitting & watching the birds flit in & around them garden ... we have 12 feeders so we do get some activity all day long.

My garden time is my time with God & nature ... both wonderful blessings & peaceful moments.

  13. My yard/gardens do not look like this! SOOOO Sweet my friend. It is when I see pics like this that I realize California is blessed. We have too many trees on our property and spend all our time raking them up here in Oklahoma! :( One day you will see!
